Ready to go!!!

I'm goin to the hospital and have a hysterectomy. (sung to the tune of goin to the chapel) Tomorrow. (also a song)
I feel much calmer than I thought I would, I actually got a call an hour and a half ago that my paperwork for FMLA was ready to pick up so I went and got it and faxed it to the corporate office and now I'm really ready. I've nothing else to do at work except give some last minute instructions and post my out of office message on email. Then I'll go home, finish up a few last minute things, and drink my mag citrate like a good girl, try to sleep, get up at 5 AM and shower, and get to the hospital by 6AM. I had to go to get blood drawn today for a type and crossmatch and I spoke to a nurse in the surgery clinic and I feel much better. She was so calm and efficient and she calmed me down.
I'll be thinking of all of you and hope to recover soon to the point that I can make my way down to the computer in the basement and log on.
