nerve block

I had been having pain in my lower right side by my insicion area and going towards my hip. My doctor immediatly knew and said I needed a nerve block. I am almost 6 weeks post-op and curious as to whether any one else has ever been though this. I had a TAH and just wondered if this was normal.

nerve block

geeezzz having the same thing here ...it stinks ...i am only 2 weeks 2 days post
was hoping this pain would lightnen up , but it isnt
the rest of my incision and belly feels great except right there ...same place ...my doc was thinking it is due to the surgical knots in there from sutures ...if it doesnt get better in the next 2 weeks i will have to ask about this ...seems nothing takes this pain away except laying flat on my back
