Ultrasound results are back -- need biopsy

I went to see my GYN for my first 3-month check-up and he also had my Ultrasound report (right breast). I have a "dominant mass in the upper outer aspect of the right breast" and need a biopsy. My doc gave me the names of three surgeons and their phone numbers. When I asked him what type of biopsy, he said that I would have to discuss that with the surgeon. The mass is 0.8 x 1.3 x 1.3cm and "Biopsy is recommended for histologic determination." Also "The mammogram is re-classified category 4 - suspicious abnormality."
Please keep me in your prayers. I don't know how many more medical crises I can handle.

Linda, I will keep you in my prayers and try not to lose hope. I know that you must feel very nervous and discouraged now, so please feel free to write and get your feelings out. We are here for you and will continue to be. Keep us posted and I will be thinking of you!!

Oh Linda, I was hoping you would receive better news. I know its difficult at best to keep a positive attitude but try to keep your chin up. I know you'll get through this. Please keep us posted on how you're doing. We'll continue to keep you in our thoughts and prayers.

I know exactly what u are going through. I have gone through it since last Dec. I had a lumpectomy, and 3 asperations and go for mammorgrams every 3 months.. In fact i am waiting for my next one on the 16th. That is after my 3rd apseration.. Good luck Sue D,

I had my biopsy Thursday and now I have to wait until Monday or later for the results.

I haven't heard the results yet from the doctor on my biopsy done last Thursday. I will let you know when I know.
