I now have my invitation!

Well, Dr.'s office called today and said they have gotten together with the urologist and assisting Dr. and firgured my surgery time out. It is on 4-22-04. So 6 weeks today! When I talked to them yesterday they thought it would end up being the first week or the last week of May. So I was a little surprised when they called with the new date. Now as everyone says I am really nervous.

Now I saw all the pre-op questions for my gyn. But is there anything particular I should ask my urologist when I meet with her? She will be doing the stints (?).

I am so glad to have this site! I would still be so in the dark!

I'm sorry that I don't have an answer from personal experience for you about what questions to ask your urologist, but wanted to bump your post back up to the first page, hoping that others will see it who can give you some suggestions.

If I were you, I would want to know exactly what procedure she will be doing, whether there are some additional post-op restrictions that you'll need to be aware of, and whether your recovery will be longer because of the additional surgery.
