Lupron - First shot 10/2

Here's an update on Lupron:

I started my period (didn't think I would or at least it would be lighter) 8 days ago. Light at first (remember light to me is probably a normal heavy period, lol). I was hoping it would continue like that, no way! HEAVY for a couple of days even worse than ever! And I am still going! Light but still cramps. Not bad cramps, but uncomfortable to say the least. And the night sweats started about 7 days ago. I can pretty much count on waking up between 3 and 3:30am to kick the covers off and sometimes I will wake up another earlier time. But all and all it has not been horrible. But it does make me wonder about the second shot I will have her shortly. From what I understand the symptoms get more and more the more shots you get. My surgery is 12/12 so I will end up with three total shots.
I will keep everyone up to date since I found out I am not alone. I hope it helps others.
