HELP! on hormones 1 1/2 year post-op

It has been a year and 5 mths. since my complete hyst. I have been taking the compound drops estro/progest no testos. I take 2 drops, 3 drops seem to be to high and 2 drop to low. My problem is I have a hard time going to sleep, feel like I did with PMS just before my periods would start. I get the chills really bad and did also with pms, this is mainly at night I also take my HRT drops at night before bed and wonder if it to much, I was on the vdot right after surgery for a few months and couldn't seem to get balanced right. Went on drops and feel good off and on. more off than on. I seem to hurt alot all over in my joints. I havent had any hot flashes. But seem to have all the old PMS symtoms, which could mean to much estro. I hate taking the drops shaking them a long time every night and putting them on. Can anyone give me some input. I read once on here (I think it might be the owner of this web site) she was taking a tab under the tougne. My other question is, is there a lot of women having to take antidepressants after a hyst.? Since you mention that you take your drops at night---I'm wondering if you've tried switching to taking them in the morning?? Some ladies find that time of date can affect results.

Also, have your had your hormonal levels checked to see exactly where you are in that regard?----those results could be a good indicator for you.

Some do find that adding a low-dose anti-depressant to the mix helps with sleep difficulties and mood.

I myself do not have experience with the sublingual drops under the tongue---hopefully someone will come along who can give you more input on that subject---or you could do a search, type in "sublingual drops" and see what past discussions come up.
