estrogen, Progesterone & testosterone cream

Has anyone used estrogen, progesterone and testosterone cream all together at the same time. Or is it better to use esterogen and the progesterone together and see how it goes and then add the testosterone if needed.
Also is the estrogen cream natural and there fore not harmful as the synthetic type. Am using the progesterone cream only now. And for 3 months no other HRT. Use soy products every day as this is to replace the estrogen. Am experiencing hot flashes and sweats at night and some during the day. some insomnia and a short fuse on stress, some memory loss and fatique.
What would be the best way to approach this.

estrogen, Progesterone & testosterone cream

I would start by going to your doctor----asking him/her to run estradiol, progesterone and testosterone levels---then go from there.

Your symptoms do sound like low estrogen. Have you seen this article re: too much/too little---it's a good guide as far as symptoms---

IMO, it's too confusing to start out on all 3 hormones at once----as you won't have a clear idea as to what is helping with symptoms, or not. I started out on estradiol replacement alone, then added testosterone down the road, In my case, I found that progesterone made me achey, cranky and tired. We are all different as far as our chemical make-up, so what one woman requires, another may not.

As far as if natural or bioidentical estrogen is safer than synthetic---I think the jury is still out on that, as the most comprehensive studies so far have been with synthetic's.
In my case, I do feel more comfortable using bioidentical's, as they are identical to what my ovaries used to make. However, once again, since HRT is not a "one-size fits all"---some ladies find they do better on synthetics.

It's definitely a Jungle!--and can take each of us time, patience and researching to come up with the right solution for our individual bodies.
