Through the Land of Hyster

Am not sure this is the right place to post this but.....
I have been trying since I joined to get a copy of this book! No success. I am unable to access the support site or the store and believe me,i have tried EVERY link!
I can make the purchase directly through Amazon...but will this support this great site? I am on Webtv so am sure this is adding to my access probs.
