So frustrated and ANGRY

OK, so I saw the awesome doctor, and he asked to see my slides. I tracked them down at Sloan Kettering. They told me, "Fax us the request, it'll take a week because we're shorthanded, and then we'll send them." OK, stupid me to believe this. I call to assure the fax it there--it is. 8 days later I call to be sure the slides have been sent out. They tell me, no, on the day after I sent the fax, they set the slides BACK to the original hospital. So now I call the original hospital, and they will FEDex them, but not until Monday.

AAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

I don't feel like I have weeks to spare here tracking down some factory hospital's screwups.

So frustrated and ANGRY

You have every right to be angry! As if we don't have enough stress in our lives dealing with cancer and the "wait" for results---once again,

Hopefully despite all the delays all will be well. We're all on God's schedule, and that's a much bigger one than any that we can come up with...and He's never not on time. So please be comforted.

You know there are all sorts of prayers and good wishes for you on this!

Blessings.

AUGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH is right!

It's a good thing you're on top of things since the hospitals seem to be bound up in red tape and mixups. The slides will get there, the Dr. will see them, and things will get going--but the mixups and waits can drive us to the AUGHHHHHHHHHHHHH! point.
