tri-est dosage

Anyone else out there on tri-est? Just wondering how much is too much? I had a total hysterectomy 18 months ago and have been trying to get straightened out...... I have heard that tri-est may be too weak for some people. I am on a 70-20-10 2.5mg. in the morning and a 80-10-10 1.25 mg. at night, but still have all the classic symptoms of lack of estrogen............... Don't know if I should go for more or change to something else!

tri-est dosage

I'm on triest. Mine is 2.5 and the mix is 50-40-10. I take mine in the morning and also use a progesterone cream in the morning and at night. I use testosterone a couple of times a week and have a vaginally inserted cream that I use twice a week. Sounds complicated but it keeps me balanced and happy!

Have you been on that much estrogen since your surgery?

tri-est dosage

No, had endo. so I waited a couple of months and then tried a few other things before I went to tri-est. I feel a lot better than I did on either of the others so I am kind of scared to try anything else. I just am tired of not feeling right..... maybe I need to have a little stronger mixture like yours.

tri-est dosage

My first triest that I was on was the 80-10-10 and I didn't do well on it at all. I used it along with the progesterone. After having my hormone levels checked and based on my symptoms, the new prescriptions were written and for me that did the trick. I hope you can figure all of this out. I know how frustrating it can be!
