pain control

I went to the castle on Monday March 29 and was home by noon April 1. I am having a big problem with pain control. I was given tylenol 3 but there is little relief, would it be wrong to see a local dr. to ask for something better? I know eveyone handles pain differently, and I'm not so great at it. I am also worried, doc still didn't have pathology report, there was something else that was found besides the endo, because of previous cerv. cancer I am concerned?

pain control

i was given percocet the first week and then lowered down to vicadin... i'd call the nurse and request the switch... they seem to give you the least they can hoping it is enough and unless you tell them different they assume you are okay with it... as far as pathology report i had my results before the surgery was complete but i just read where someone did not get theirs until the 2 wk check, id ask how long they expect it to take when you call in for med....
