Cancer Diagnosis - Prayers needed!

Hello everyone. I hope that everyone is recovering well. I got some bad news yesterday. My doctor called me into the office and told me I had cancer. My fibroid was cancerous and he did a TVH left my ovaires and tubes. He cut my uterus into three section removing it .Which when cancer is present you don't do vaginal hysterectomys and you don't cut the uterus in pieces. You take it out in one piece,tubes and ovaires also. Adominal only. Which also means they don't know what stage it was in. So now we don't know if the cancer has spread. I have been referred to a obgyn, oncologist. I am praying and I have a very supporting family . Could everyone please keep me and my family in there prayers. Thanks.

Feel His grace, feel His love, relax sister, cause you are in His hands. I am so sorry to hear about your news. It is good that you are going to be seen by a gyn/onc. Once the gyn/onc to do proper staging, treatment, if any is needed, can be decided on. Cancer is very scary but it is very treatable. Take one step at a time. Try not to be too anxious until you know what is the next step. I know that is easier said than done. It is the waiting for the results of the next test, the next appointment or anything else that is the most difficult. You have come to a good place for support. The sisters here will help you through this.
