How often do you apply biest cream?

I've been on biest cream (.5) for 3 weeks now and also Progesterone (.5) and Testosterone(.1) cream. I'm taking the testosterone every day and the progesterone days 14-25. The biest says days 1-25. I was wondering what others are doing with the estrogen cream. Do you take it everyday? Thanks

How often do you apply biest cream?

Bliss,
I use bi-est and progesterone cream. Initially when I started the cream I applied 2x per day. After some time I was able to drop it down to 1x per day. I apply the progesterone 1x per day also. I do use both creams on a daily basis, 365 days a year.

How often do you apply biest cream?

Thanks Kim - I told the dr that I wanted to take the hormones cyclically - so I guess that's why he prescribed them that way. I have my levels checked again on May 3rd to see where they are.

How often do you apply biest cream?

(((bliss))) In reading over your prior posts I see you still have your ovaries but had a vaginal hyst a while back. So, I take it you are going through natural menopause? Our expertise here is really with surgical menopause (no ovaries or ovaries that stop working after the hyst) so please forgive us if we don't have a lot of information about how to use HRT's cyclically. Generally in surgical menopause, we use them on a constant basis, as (((Kim))) mentioned... because our goal is to avoid menopausal symptoms, which can be brought on just as much by changes in hormone levels as by low levels themselves.

If you want to explore more about cycling the HRT's, you might want to try visiting www.dearest.com , which is a great site for women in natural menopause.

Good luck, I hope these HRT's work great for you!
s,
-Linda

How often do you apply biest cream?

Kim M,
You mentioned that you apply biest and progest once daily. What is your dosage and when do you apply them, morning or evening? I am on the same and have been doing .25 of both each morning and .25 biest and .50 progest at night.
