I'll give it a try

Hi - Here's my goals for May:

Make it one hour at a time OP to get back on track with my program.

Sign up for the gym program at the program center.

Drink all my water everyday.

Do three laps of the school at lunch time.

Go to sleep at a reasonable time so I don't get overtired and hungry.

Find time for me EVERY week, despite everything.

Look for MO to help keep me going.

Thanks for being here!

Attaining our GOALs in the merry month of May

My goals for May:

FINALLY reach my weight loss goal of 145-150 (for WW, it's 153).

Continue to stay OP even after that so I can learn how to maintain.

Take better care of ME.

Get back to exercise and find something I can stick with.
