new dose vivelle dot Help ? lol

Hi Sisters ,
I recently went back on my patch ...hormone hell when i went off.............My doc put me on the 0.375 dose ...feel great till the 3rd day ....weird ! i change on monday pm and friday morning ...cept i am not making it that last 24 hours
today the morning before my change date...i had a wonderful estrogen crash ....also had it last dose change too .........
evil behaviour , serious hot flashes , anxiety ......confused all day .....you name it , i had it ...i changed the dot this evening ...within a few hours , i felt like me again .....
Soooooooo , i am wondering if any of you have an opinion ..
maybe i need to go longer on this dose and it will get better ...its only been 2 weeks ..................I still have one ovary ...it isnt doing diddly .........i go monday for a FSH/LH TEST......to try and determine if that ovary is shot
I do exercise an awful lot ...i read that this can use of my estrogen faster ???

Yes, I have read too that if you exercise you can use up estrogen faster. While it's true that you should give any new dose or change in hrt some time to work, if you're noticing a dip before it's time to change your patch, it may be that you need to change the patch earlier than the norm. Actually, that is not that unusual to do so. I've read many a post here where women have found that changing the patch a day earlier has made a big difference. Give your doctor a call and discuss it with the doc.

Thanks Kim !!! I will be talking to her Monday ...sure would love to stay on this lower dose ....a few more weeks should tell !
