Hiya Pauline! Welcome to BEST! Hopefully you'll find that we are a good source to help keep you motivated and definitely understand any struggles you may have along the way!

Toni, another gal who posts in the daily threads (though she's been pretty busy of late), I think is also doing slimming world. I seem to recall her mentioning it and us commenting on how niec they make weighloss sound in the UK.

I'm looking forward to getting to know you through your posts!

thanks for the welcome,

Slimming world is a kind of food combining diet. Green days are mostly carbs, not much meat and red days are mostly meat not much carbs. There is plenty to eat and not much weighing of food. I think the best thing is that there really is no reason to go hungry.

Good luck everyone
