Bladder pain 5 months post op

Hi Ladies,

I haven't posted for a long time, as things have been healing up and settling down. I still have one problem which wont go away.

I have pain when my bladder is full, and when I am emptying out the last few drops when passing urine. I get the same pain when I orgasm, so it is not very good for my sex life either.

I have had urine tests and no infection, DR is bemused. The pain is as if my bladder is severely bruised or irritated.

Anyone else had a similar problem? Any helps or ideas?

Kassie

Hi Kassie,

Sorry to hear you are still having some problems. Have you tried asking the opinion of another dr? Someone different than your regular dr might have an answer.

It couldn't hurt and might give you the peace of mind (not to mention pain relief!!) that you need.

Good luck and keep us posted on how you're doing.

Sending youa big

Blessings,

Bladder pain 5 months post op

I am 3 months post and I too have the pain when my bladder is full. I was just about to post a new message about my pain. Only it's also at other times. The pain is right above my bladder. I'm worried that I have more adhesions on the bowels or something similar. This is a pain that I remember from before. It's put a damper on my sex life too. How can I feel like having sex if I have pain in that area all the time.
I am still very tender right in the middle between my pelvic bone and my belly button. Closer to the belly button. thats also where I still have some numbness.
Is this normal? Has anyone else had more pain as the days go on? I was healing nicely, now I've got more pain!!!!
