I need your help! Not sure on where to apply testosterone cream

Hi Ladies!

You both have been very informative whenever I have had questions and now I have one that I am embarassed to ask, but must...

The testestrone cream says to apply it to the VULVA. Okay, I am not dumb about my atatomy, but even after talking to my friend who is an RN and looking it up on the internet, I am STILL confused as to what is the vulva area. (I'm so embarassed!!)
Could one or both you please be "frank" and tell me exactly where this is please?? I feel like a an idiot, but I want to apply this where it is going to give me the best results. Thanks in advance!

I am happy to report another GREAT day! What a fool I was to have waited so long to ask for help! I pray for myself and others to find what works for them as easy as I have found it.

God Bless this website and the wonderful women here! It's really hard when I read back through my journal (such sad times) and I see such great inprovements in a short time. If only I had known... I do want other women here to know that exercise has greatly improved my mood and goodness knows what else. I am not a big fan of exercise, but the results have been so wonderful. More energy, more self confidence and a desire to just be good to myself. Hey ladies, you are worth it! I am not sitting the world on fire, but I still do at least 30 to 40 minutes daily and can report a small weight lost as of this morning. At least give it a try! I'm glad that I did!

i checked grays anatomy on the net and really that didnt tell me anything. all the major parts were named but nothing with an arrow and "vulva" . so finally i typed in vulva and thought here goes nothing fearing the worst porn sites would jump out of my computer!!! thankfully the site that came up was "vulva: an owners manual" it said that the vulva is the whole "package" which includes the labia,clitoris, and vagina. the site was teenwire.com and had much more information but this is the short version . hope this helps just a bit....but since i dont use the cream i haven any real experience with it......good luck!

Hi Tricia, my doc told me to apply it around the clitoris.

I think I've got it now... Went to teenwire.com. Felt like I was 12 years old and trying to learn my body!! Doctors really should speak plain terms!

DH and I "engaged" this morning. Must say that with only the Vivelle, that there was a noticeable difference! I'm getting there!!
