I don't see any bald spots or nothing and i have lots of hair but i am worried that i am seeing so much in the sink everytime i brush my hair, help!

hair loss help!
Speak with your Dr. Could there be something going on with your hormons? Are you really stressed out? Stress can do it.

hair loss help!
Hi,
I did hair for years and Nioxin is the best out there, I have seen it really help. The loss is from the anesthia (sp) stress can cause it as well as hormones, I also had a lot of clients find relief with prenatal vitiamins, not sure why those are the best, they upset my tummy so I can't use them but if you can and your doc says okay add that, average hair loss is 100 strands a day.
It will improve and it will grow back, keep using the nixion shampoo the rest of their products are not as useful if at all.
good luck and try not to worry about it, I too am losing a lot and have long hair, it hides it a bit LOL
Hugs
Mary

hair loss help!
Hi
Hair loss seems to be common for many of us following surgery. I had the same thing happen to be during the first 6 months after my surgery. I switched to Nioxin, and started taking Evening Primrose Oil....it all seemed to help eventually...it just takes time.
Here is an informative past thread about hair loss and Evening Primrose Oil:

hair loss help!
I had severe hair loss following surgery in 1998 for a ruptured disc in my back due to the anesthesia. It took time to get under control and eventually stopped but my hair has taken about 4 years to recover so you are doing a wise thing by getting the Nioxin immediately. It was not available at that time for me. Drink plenty of water to flush whatever is causing you to react out of your system and you may need to have a Thyroid bloodtest workup to make sure that isn't causing the problem...
Good luck and try to relax.....

nioxin?
Where do you buy this shampoo? I've never heard of it, and I need it BAD!
After my surgery for a mastectomy over 20 years ago, my hair loss was severe, to say the least. I lost all the hair on the back of my head where my head was laying on the operating table. I'm talking about BALD! A huge bald spot, which took years to grow back.
Since my surgery 4 weeks ago, I have lost about half my hair! It comes out in handfuls! This is really freaking me out, because I have super thin hair, anyway.

Cindy---
Nioxin shampoo/conditioners and hair treatments are sold as "professional" products at hair salons.

Thanks!
Thanks!
Priority for tomorrow is getting some of this! I don't think I have too much time left! I will be bald soon if I don't do something!
