Light-headed? Brain Fog?

Hi all!
My dr. switched me from the Vivelle .1 patch to Gynodiol 1mg a week ago after I complained of horrible headaches. Well, the headaches are gone (thank goodness!) but now I just feel kind of light-headed/dizzy all the time. Will my body eventually adjust to all of this or am I looking at a lifelong ordeal with this hormone thing? I'm getting depressed because I feel like I will never be back to my old self. See my dr. again on July 8. Any body out there with any hope?

Thanks!

Light-headed? Brain Fog?

Hi

I'm happy for you that the headaches are gone! Dizziness can be a side effect of taking Gynodiol. It's one of those symptoms that can go away over time. It's worth keeping track of any symptoms you are having to discuss with your doctor in case any changes need to be made. It does take a bit of time to adjust to any new HRT so being patient does have its virtues!

If your symptoms become severe, of course you should call your doctor.
