Tah/bso No Hrt, But Breast Pain Still?

Hi sisters,
I really don't know where to post this question, but, I've always had really tender breasts, and thought that at least one benifit from this surgery would be that that would stop. Although it's not as bad as it used to be with my cycles, they are still tender, and one is down-right heavy feeling. I told this to my gyno. and he said that I had fibrocystic breasts, (I had a mammo done that same day, 6 months ago, and it was fine). So what is going on? Do we lose our elastic in our skin, so they are starting to head south? Every time I think I'm feeling better, some new concern arises! Thanks for your help.

Breast tissue will get less "dense" after menopause and that change may be the tenderness you feel. I didn't feel anything, but my 2 year + post hyst breasts are well, softer than they were before.

This too shall pass. Call your doc if the pain continues

Dorrie
