Cramping

Hey guys I got a ? I got up yesterday with a little cramping in my lower back. It got a little better as the day went on yesterday but last night got bad again. Today my Lower back all the way up to my neck and my stomach all the way up my rib cage. I am wondering if this is normal after surgery. I have not had a really bad time with gas but today it feels like cramps that feel like PMS and that would be inpossible.

Hi,

Could it be that you're doing too much? Sometimes that will cause cramping sensations. Also, your back muscles may be trying to compensate for your abs, and that can cause a back ache for awhile.

It would be a good idea though for you to call your doctor, just to be on the safe side. Any new or unusual symptoms or pain should always be reported.
