a shopping i did go.....

ive been home since wednesday,and have actually gone out three times!..i went to walmart friday,using a motorized cart..then my hubby took me to Starbucks on saturday,and last night,to walmart again..it feels good to get out..i also sat on the porch,and read a book..just to get out in the fresh air..it all helped my cabin fever and slight blues..i also lit candles,put on music by Enya..and just a helpful hint-gas-x and benefiber chewables are LIFESAVERS!!!!..the belly band from my dr. is also a huge help,id hate to be without it..hoping you new princesses are doing well,and upcoming princesses-take care,and good luck!!..
