No Estrogen And Brain Fog

LADIES: I AM ON VIVELLE DOT PATCH .05 AND NOTHING ELSE RIGHT NOW I HAVE HAD BRAIN FOG FOR OVER A YEAR NOW WITH NO RELEIF. I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT HRT AND WITH VARIOUS CONCOCTIONS AND NOTHING HELPS!

DOES NO ESTROGEN HELP WITH BRAIN FOG?

I can't answer if no estrogen helps with brain fog , but I found when I added a compounded progesterone cream my brain fog lifted! I also am on the Vivelle Dot. I found out I was estrogen dominant--the progesterone is helping me with that.

I found out by taking a salivia test that my compounding pharmacy had. Do you access to any compunding pharmacies in your area? After the test, my compunding pharmacist adjusted my progesterone cream based on the results and my symptoms. One of my biggest problems was brain fog so I know what you mean!
