Hi Girls!
I am scheduled to have my total hysterectomy on December 11th and just seeing the calendar with the dates of all the sisters around the country in the same boat makes me feel so much better. It is such a comfort to know that others have gone through this successfully and still have their sense of humors.

I will be back in to chat, read posts and share.

Welcome, Welcome to the Land of Hyster. Just wanted to get a hello in before I'm off to the "castle" in the weeeee hours of the morning. I assure you that you have found THE most wonderful site on the internet! Bar none!!!

The cool little graphics.... just go to the Hyster Sister home page, scroll down towards the bottom. On the left of your screen you'll see "HysterSister Graphics"... Click on it and it will take you to a few catagories to choose from. Once you're on one of the graphics pages you'll see a place to click and go to with instructions.

If you want to add little smiley's to your messages then just scroll up towards the top of any message page and you'll see a link to "Click here for smilies legend"

I just want to send my best wishes for a apeedy recovery.
I had a TAH/BSO on October 13 and I am now back at work and doing great. DR. gave me HRT and they seem to be working. I hope you are doing well and remember to come to this site if you ever feel alone or have questions. I have made some great e mail pals, which comes in really handy when you are at home recovering.

We're happy you found us! Welcome. You said you'd like to chat, but before you can do that you have to download AIM, which is very easy to do. Once you have done that, go into your Profile and add your screen name. Then you'll see the little yellow AIM guy at the bottom of your posts. Once you do that, you'll be able to chat. This link will help you get started.
