No kidding! I just started taking mine again and what a HUGE difference. I thought maybe I was losing my mind, or at the very least, not balanced properly. I don't think I'll be leaving out my vitamins again. lol

Vitamins & Changes, Anyone?

I HAVE to take my vitamins and supplements. And the one I surely cannot do without is my B complex. There is no doubt this one keeps me going. Without it I have no energy, no stamina!

Vitamins & Changes, Anyone?

Sweetryn,
I buy most of my vitamins at Wal Mart and a few at my local grocery store. I like the Spring Valley brand at Wal Mart, definetly get more bang for the buck. The Calcium Citrate in particular is much cheaper than some of the brand name products. Here's an old thread with some good info on Calcium and what to look for, the brand I use passed the test http://www.hystersisters.com/vb2/sho...threadid=62697

I also get a few supplements from my doc's office, but those are sort of specialty supplements.

Vitamins & Changes, Anyone?

I'm 4 months post op. I've had about a billion supplements recommended to me, but can't tell if they are helping. Does anyone use calcium, evening primrose oil, vitamin e? (I do find the Vitamin E helps.) My hot flashes seem to have gotten worse.
