Saliva Tests Say Est & Test High No Ovaries No Hrt!

HELP!!!!!

I took a menopausal proflie hormone SALIVA test.Results came back..Nurse said my Testosterone is off the charts high & my Estrogen is high!!!!!??????
I have NO OVARIES out at 26...I dont take HRT.Im 36 now.Suffering.This is no way to feel or live.


WHAT IS GOING ON? ARE THESE SALIVA TESTS ACCURATE?Apparently NOT.

How can this be? I have no energy,night sweats,anxiety,NO LIBIDO(no sex in 4 years!!),loss of pubic hair...how can test be high?

Vag dryness,etc....list goes on..

I'm no expert, but I'd suggest checking into blood tests or something. That is what I'd do. Maybe get a second opinion from an endocrinologist, or another GYN that knows about menopause and hormonal issues.

I was just Astounded at the results..Im like "You Gotta Be Kidding?".....I need to see the Dr to have him read me the results ...he is holistic,I guess the nurse said he suggestes Saw Palmetto to bring the Testosterone down??????

I just dont get it,yet my Adrenal Saliva tests showed very low Cortisol....So it dont look like my Adrenals are making my hormones for me...What is making them? Is the hormone fairy coming to my room when I sleep and putting thm in me

I'd definitely get a second opinon on this.

I was told that there is estrogen in fat cells, if that counts.

Just to show you how weird these hormone tests can be:

In January, 2001, I had a blood hormone test which said I definitely was in menopause.

After I'd gone nearly a year since having a regular period, I had another test in November 2001 which said I definitely was NOT near menopause.

Makes no sense.

Your rite,Estrogen is stored in Fat Cells....I am bigger around my middle,it just WONT budge,never had this before....probaly because Im LOW in Estrogen.....it stores there.
One of the Estrogens that were high was ESTRONE....I know that's the Estrogen made from body fat (belly fat)
I know it makes no sense,Im definately going to get a second opinion..What is this now,Dr #18????
