foul smelling discharge before surgery

dear sweet sisters,

I've got a nasty question. I have this very offensive discharge (could be caused by my nerves) Will this stop the operation? I'm so scared to tell my gyno, I'm afraid this will put everything on hold. Since I'm having a TAH do you think I should be worried? I got to Pre-Op Monday at 8 am. Should I discuss it with them.

Uterine prolapse has been known to cause discharge, am not sure about foul smelling though, these are definitely concerns I would talk to my doctor about. Better to be safe than sorry and have something happen because we neglect to inform the doctors. Good luck to you and I will keep you in my prayers also.
