Ovary question

I had my uterus, ovaries and cervix removed in May. I have some pain where my ovaries were. If they are GONE, and fal tubes that they were connected to are gone, how can the "blank spaces" where they used to be still be sore? I am not concerned, just curious. It doesnt make since to me.

I had an ultrasound shortly after my hyst (I had one ovary removed as well) and they explained that everything reshuffles in there.
I guess all of your intestines move into the void left by the uterus and ovaries. That was why I was having pain in that area, it was my intestines.
