Pulling sensation

Any body know if it is normal to have sort of a hurting/pulling sensation just below the belly-button? I'll be six weeks post-op on Wednesday, off most pain medication, and have noticed this for a week or two. I had a vaginal, so I thought I wouldn't be feeling anything that far up. Any thoughts are appreciated, Cid

Pulling sensation

I had the exact same feeling as you. I don't quite know if it is just the final stages of the healing or what but you aren't alone. If it makes you feel any better it does go away. I'm at over 6 months post from my TVH now and none the worse for wear

Pulling sensation

Hi Cid...

Boy are those the wierdest sensations, or what? The first one I felt after about I'd been home a week or two (TAH 09/13/00) scared me to death. I just knew I had pulled something apart!

I am now 3 months post op, and haven't had any for about a month now, at least not any I've noticed, so don't you worry your little head...they DO go away!

Hope everything else is going well for you, Happy Recovery!

Cindy
