Hello Raffi:

I know how you feel. Each check up is a little nerve wracking but necessary. I just had my 9 month check up last month and I had the usual pap and CT Scan and also an ultrasound (transvaginal) as I was having some pain on left side of abdomen.

All results are fine - they were checking for possible hernia and of course cancer but all is fine.

I wish you a good day tomorrow and great results. Please keep us posted.

symptoms

I had an unexpected (thought I might be in menapause) HEAVY period that lasted about 8 weeks. Somewhere along the way I finally decided that this was not supposed to happen. I made an appointment to get it checked out and after an ultrasound and then an endo biopsy I was diagnosed. The bleeding had stopped by then, but they also did a blood test and the results indicated that I had indeed reached the point of no more periods. Usually, endo cancer is found this way. Rarely are there other symptoms. Just unusual bleeding. If your instincts suggest that something just doesn't "feel" normal, go get a check up. Keep pushing until you feel like you've ruled out the possiblility. Good luck and here's hoping it's all good.
