Confused about Laproscopic, Vaginal, Abdominal Hyst.

I am a fairly new member trying to make so many decisions. I had an ablation in 8/2003 but am still having a lot of pain. My right tube is blocked.

So I am considering removing of my uterus and right tube, possibly my cervix because it is scarred closed, due to a cone biopsy and 3 d/c's

If anyone has had a similiar situation and how was their hysterectomy performed Lap, Vaginal or Abdominally?
