Tears anyone??

Well, I am now a bona-fide member of the club! I had a TVH last thursday Aug 26th and am home trying to heal. We are so blessed to have only had endometreosis, and leisions with scarring, no cancer, thank you Jesus. My doc put a hormone patch on right away. My question is this. I find myself in tears for absolutely no reason, what's the deal? I am feeling mental adn just so bad want to get back to my life and caring for my children! Anybody else????
Thanks for your support, and a forum to ask all the "yukky"stuff!

Tears anyone??

That emotional, overwhelmed feeling isn't uncommon.

I found myself crying at stupid TV commercials for the first 2 weeks, and I'm definitely not a weepy girl.

It will take you a while to acclimate to the HRT and some of what you're going through has more to do with your body healing and finding its new level.

Of course that doesn't make it any easier to get through the crying jags. But please know that you're not alone and can find some kinship with the women here.

Take care.

Tears anyone??

Hello Ladies,
Well, at least I'm not alone with my tears:cry: My DH and DD say they understand and that my body is going through changes (had TAH June 2000 & BSO 8/5), but I really wonder if they do. It is so easy to just break out in tears and to at the stupidist times. I wish I could turn off the tears and moodiness, but I guess this is the life of a woman.
This site is the greatest - thanks ladies.

Ellen
