Goals for September

This is my one year anniversary of posting on a monthly goals thread here on HS!

Whodda thunk it?

We're heading into fall - the temps have cooled - it's a good time to jump into some
, and ing!!!

And don't forget the !!!

Goals for September

My goals for September are:

To walk daily on nonwork days

To do my modified 8 Minute Mornings six days a week

To ride the stuck bike at least ten miles a day on work days

To eat heathy OP food

To hydrate properly

To read and post in the daily BEST threads as much as possible

To report weekly on this thread - failed that last month, too - will do better this month

To report to DH and DD on my progress

To get those scales headed downward again...

Goals for September

My SEPTEMBER goals:

Excercise DAILY: CURVES 4-5 days/week, Water aerobics 2-3/week, walk daily(and measure steps!)

Stick with DIET!

Continue drinking plenty of water---even as the weather cools down!

Get out and enjoy the cooler days more!!!

I'm doing the CURVES challenge, so STICKING With it and my personal goals!

Reading 15 mins. (individually) with all three kids, each night!

Have ME time!

Post more often here! (I've missed alot the last 3 weeks!)

Have a DATE with my DH at least once this month!

Try to be more organized with housework---try to stick with Flylady technique!

Tell at least 3 people this month about Hystersisters!

Okay, that should be enough Goals for me!

Goals for September

Now that summer is over and I'm totally disgusted with the way I've gained weight, I'm ready to take these goals seriously. So, here they are:
[list=1][*]Get back On Program and follow the modified South Beach Diet I've designed for myself[*]Bike to work every day work day, go back to PACE when I return to work and bike or walk every non-work day[*]Return to my weight-loss group meetings in two weeks[*]Be motivated to loose this extra weight by X-Mas. Goals for September

Plain and simple ~ lose 9lbs.

To do this, I need to watch my diet and eat healthily
Carry on my exercise plan, also walk more (BSQ's steptember regime!)
Drink more and more water (squash)
Get myself more organised!

Short and simple..........be challenged by the 2 challenges(Curves and BSQ's) and lose 7 pounds, 2 inches and build up to 5,000 steps on my walks with DH by the end of Sept.

Goals for September

Boy, do I need this to get me back on track!

My September goals -

1. Start exercising again whatever activity rib will tolerate - at least 4 times a week.

2. Follow my WW points for weight loss.

3. Lose the 5# I gained by September 30.

Goals for September

Ok here goes:

1. Work out with my trainer 3 times per week
2. Do some cardio for 30 minutes 4 to 6 times per week
3. Follow my diet set up for me by my trainer
4. Hopefully start fitting into some of my clothes by the end of the month!

Goals for September

September Goals....

No time like the present to set this month's golas.

WW.... rejoined last week & plan on attending the weekly meetings to keep me on track. I'll weekly on BEST with my progress.

Exercise... joined BSQ's Steptember challenge. So my goal is to increase my weekly average steps throughout the month. In addition, I will start to add additional form of exercising (biking, eliptical machine, weights).

Motivation... I plan on posting more when my motivation starts to waver.

Goals for September

End of week one - I can't believe I'm actually remembering to post here on the right day!!!

I walked every day

I 8MMed all the days I was supposed to except Mon

I rode the stuck bike ten miles each workday morning

I ate healthy except for that one pina colada...

I did pretty good with the water

I read and posted on the daily threads when I could

I'm reporting here!

I reported to DH and DD

The scales are still in the same place - I choosing to be happy they didn't go up!
