Biopsy before and after LAVH

Hi. My biopsy of the lining of my uterus before my LAVH was abnormal cells but not cancerous. Dr. ordered biopsy of uterus after surgery. I got a letter to make sure to follow up with Dr on pathology report. Dr. has moved to new practice 9/1 and I had surgery 8/26. It's a holiday and I'm worried. Can the post biopsy be cancerous if the pre surgery biopsy was not?
