vagina repair with LAVH vagina looks different

First let me warn you that my question may be explicit to some and not for the bashful:
Anyone who has had A&P repairs and transvaginal taping with bladder sling please let me know if your clitoris is now at the opening of your vagina, mine was about a 1/2 inch or so above until my surgery last week, now it is front and center at opening, has anyone else noticed visual changes after these procedures? Because of the extent of my rectocele I had literally no perineum between my vagina and rectum before surgery, with the help of a mirror I see that I now have a 2 inch perineum YEAHHHHHHHH and it seems much better supported than before. ALthough BM's are a bit difficult, taking lots of metamucil, stool softners, and using suppository to go, I am only 1 week post op and I know these types of repairs require slow healing but I got nosey and explored on my own with a hand mirror so I could see the repairs for myself, I figured "what the hey"!

Hi, I had similar surgery. Things are still in the same place. If your clitoris is right by the vaginal opening, where is your urinary opening?
I'm a little confused trying to visualize this situation.

I do the mirror check a lot too. Just to make sure nothing is falling out!

Thanks.

What does your surgeon say about your "new" anatomy?
This is just not right.

Best Wishes.
