Hang up the running shoes

Hi there ladies, I have not wrote in awhile but visit the boards everyday. I have Dr. follow up appt. for oct 4 to get a ca125 and another ultra sound done. I truly feel like this fibroid is growing at a rapid rate. I give up on trying to hold the stomach in and I now can't run anymore. I run about 5 to 6 miles a day and I went out yesterday to run and have suffered since, I am eating advil like candy. The swelling and cramping is getting to be more then I want to handle. I and hubby are going on our first crusie the 20th of September and I am a little nervous to do so. Should I call Dr. and see if they can see me sooner? I am 45 years old with a fibroid 8cm x 7.3cm x 8cm, I have found out that I am about the size of a grapefruit don't know how many weeks that would be. I think of you all, and am very thankful for this place to rest my thoughts.

I stopped excercising a year ago due to extreme low back pain with this mess, I'll soon be back on the road again...Hugs, D
