Game: One word at a time continued

Friendly sisters playing silly games while waiting for DD to go ice skating in Bermuda with her panda called Penguin. When suddenly she slipped on something that felt warm and squishy. Actually the feeling was different so she squealed "Oohhhhhhhhh". Once she realised what it was she then felt somewhat silly for being so childish. She looked over to see four fluffy ducklings happily eating chocolate icecream with marshmallow topping. Unfortunately, lurking in the shadows licking up discarded milk, was a gorgeous green-eyed pussycat named Hermes. After swimming along the moat that mercifully came close to the castle drawbridge, she reached for something purple coloured, strangely shaped and glowing eerily. Swatting it away she raised both arms and grabbed onto a gnarled branch. Suddenly, with pounding heart, she slowly, carefully turned around, hissing and growling while staring into Penguin's eyes. Unknowingly, Penguin herself fell under the hypnotic influence created by the purple enchanted crescent swaying languidly in midair.

Hermes, stunned by watching it all, stared blankly thinking that maybe now would be a good time to burp and excuse herself from the unfolding nightmare which threatened to overwhelm her. Now, nearing silently, she saw hundreds of glowing orange butterflies. She thought, "I'm dreaming!!!".

"Wake up!", cried Penguin, shaking Hermes' back legs, while pulling her hair and tugging at her jeweled collar. "You were starting to disintegrate into a quivering mass of hysteria". Hermes nodded her head gratefully and hesitantly clutched Penguin's soft ears. Climbing onto the back lower leg of the panda, she gracefully (but sneakely....) rode off into the distance, but glistening moonlight happened to remind her of a previous dream she had recalled and she briefly paused, remembering. Oh, if only I'd listened to my inner voice, then I'd be safe at home with my family.

Meanwhile, back at the laboratory, something sinister seemed to permeate the air around the professor's cluttered office.
Small purple balloons were hissing softly, strong odors emanating from various beakers blended together to create an overpowering puff of foul stench. Reaching carelessly across the lab into the fumehood, I touched test tubes oozing toxic green slime. Then all I remember was seeing a frog staring fixedly into the brilliant sunset, while silicon chips danced crazily all around.

Fighting nausea, I leaned over toward the frog and carefully scooped him up in my big bosom murmuring soothing words into his tiny ear. Then I kissed his cheek. He croaked weakly, then quietly died. It was amazing what happened next. Elvis Presley appeared before my unfocussed, bleary eyes and he sang while stroking my windblown hair. Completely overwhelmed I moved slowly away, never taking into consideration the bizarre circumstances which
