Info on progest-e?

Has anyone heard of (oops! please don't mention doctor's names!) a product called Progest-E complex. It is a liquid form of progesterone in Vitamin E. I wanted to know if anyone has taken this and what help it may have been. I have not been able to take most HRT with estrogen and am on Wellbutrin xl and so far no relief with that. Progesterone was a help before I had my ovaries and uterus removed.But I don't want to take a chance on a product I can't find any info about but from those who are selling it and making a profit.

I did a quick search and like you could only find info from those selling it. None of them gave an exact list of ingredients. If progesterone helped you before, perhaps you could talk with a compounding pharmacist and see about getting a prescription. At least this way you will know what you are getting. All I could find from my Google search is that it contains progesterone and vitamin E.

"28 ml (one ounce) has 2800 mg progesterone. The finest natural vitamin E & natural progesterone".

It doesn't specify how much vitamin E. As (((Kim))) mentioned, you can get prescription progesterone from a compounding pharmacist and know exactly who you are dealing with and what you are getting. You can easily find vitamin E at any drug or department store.
