What's wrong with me!!

I am scheduled for a TVH with Bladder sling repair on October 12th. I have Asherman's syndrome (uterus has grown together), what's left open has a cyst, and I'm 90% prolapsed.

Here's my question. Why am I not in the least bit scared or concerned about the surgery? In fact, I can't wait for it to get here so I can get it over with! I'm more worried about how soon I can get back to work afterwards. WHAT'S WRONG WITH ME! I FEEL like I should at least be worried or something.

Has anyone else felt this way?

I am worrying just like you are. Surgery will be a breeze, but today the nasty lil thought is runnin through my head, what if my hubby doesnt love me when I come home. Dont ask where the
H#%% that came from. I really dont like it when my brain goes and plays games with my heart. 16 years, I have put the poor man through way worse than this!! My depression seems to be kickin in, but no thoughts of the surgery other than hurry up! I am also too emotional by far again today. I found myself crying after my shower, and I know part of it is the unknown, and part of it is Dear ole Aunt Flo....I hate roller coasters, I am afraid of heights...<light bulb> Maybe that is why I am so afraid of being happy?!?! Oh my the insight I can find in the stupidest places...rofl
