Pressure Feeling

Hello Everyone!
Well I am 10 days post-op and seem to get a little more strength everyday. I still tire out if I do too much.Yesterday my dear friend took me to the grocery. I rode in one of those electric carts and she filled it for me. Talk about some of the stares I got! LOL
Well, needless to say I was totally drained when I got back. It may have been a little too much but you never know til you try right? I still have a feeling of pressure in my vagina that I feel when I use the restroom eg: wiping, or sitting and sometimes when I walk. When should this feeling go away? I have had it since my surgery and thought it would feel better by now. ( I talked about this in a previous post. ) I really can't tell much difference yet. If anyone can help please let me know! You guys are all !!!!!!!

Pressure Feeling

Had my surgery same day as you. I'm amazed you felt up to going to the grocery store. I'm still playing pampered princess and the most exercise I feel like doing is the staircase a few times a day and stroll around the house. (I'm pretty anemic though.)

I also still feel strange pressure when urinating or having a bowel movement (but not when sitting or walking around) This stuff just takes time to heal and go back to normal I guess.

What I'm frustrated about is pain. Still on 1 percocet every 4-5 hours. When I try to tough it out I have burning, stabbing pain at top of each hip bone or inside my gut about 2 inches above incision line. Sat. I rolled over carefully but not carefully enough and was blown away with pain like I had not felt since day 1. So I went back to taking my meds regularly and will try again in a few days to scale back. How's your pain now?

Hang in there

Pressure Feeling

Hello,
My pain hasn't been as bad as I thought since I have the lowest tolerence to pain there is! LOL
Luckily I cut my darvocets done to one every 5 hrs the first few days to now just at nite or after a trip to the grocery! LOL
Just because I went doesn't mean I didn't pay later LOL!
Hang in there! Also, I don't have an outside incision just the ones that I can't see! Which by the way scare me also!
Hope all goes well! Keep in touch!
