In July, at Nag's Head in the Outer Banks -- kind of yucky, though -- too many people seemed to think that the beautiful beach was their own private ashtray, and it was littered with cigarette butts .

Lots of flowers...from my sis & bro in laws after surgery...plants too. Then two weeks after surgery when I had a crying jag in the shower...from my husband. Flowers almost everyday from the garden, too!

I skipped last week in my back yard. I walk out there as a kind of labyrinth. Yes, it's true I make crop circles in my yard.
