Problems after 4 months

I had a vaginal hysterectomy back on June 4th of this year. Everything seemed to be going okay. This past week I have started to have a cramping sensation here and there....just every once in a while. Well for two days now I have had problems when I go to the bathroom. After I have finished going to the restroom and I stand up I trinkle down my legs and can't stop it. I want to know if anyone else has had this problem and if so what was done to stop this? Thanks for any help you may offer.

Problems after 4 months

I wonder if your bladder might have prolapsed a little.

I had a vaginal hysterectomy with AP repair almost 4 weeks ago for prolapsed uterus, cystocele and rectocele. My doctor told me to watch for incontinence in the future and if I notice any that I should call him right away because it could be that my bladder support might need further repairs. Please call your doctor and get this checked.

Good luck to you. Please let us know how you make out.

I'm sending an extra prayer out for you.

Dear wishin4peace,

I'm so sorry to hear you're having new problems at this stage of the game, definitely sounds like a call to your doc is in order. You may want to post your experience on the Bladder Matters message board as well if you haven't already to see if the princesses there have any help to offer.
