incision/scar question

Hi...I am 7 months post op and the upper part of my scar is really smooth...just part of my skin...but the lower part is still hard. Sometimes I have a really sharp pain on the lower part. Anyone know why?

I am 5 months post-op and haven't experienced any zappers yet. Go figure. I had 4 c sections and then the HYST in May, so I think my nerves may be dead or just extremely slow reconnecting.
From experiences from my c sections the sharp pains were just things coming back to life.I guess it can take a long time to get your feeling back.

I was driving the other day and all of a sudden I felt this PAIN in my scar. It hasn't happened again but it is weird. It was only where the scar is still hard. Thanks for your reply.

perhaps scar tissue shifting or shrinking

I am sure there is a good explanation.....it just was odd....and kinda painful too.
