Hi Sisters,

Which hormones help with your immune system?
My immune system is shot since hysto.
Dont remember being "as" sick when I took my HRT.

Hi Deedee I don't think it's a particular hormone or hormones that help keep our immune systems strong, it's being hormonally balanced, whatever that takes for each of us.
