Six Weeks Post-Op, Difficulty Sleeping

I had my Hyst 6 weeks ago, I still have one ovary. Has anyone else experienced difficulty sleeping? I toss and turn all night. (No night sweats.) I'm tired enough, but for some reason very restless at night. Help!

Six Weeks Post-Op, Difficulty Sleeping

I have gone through that also. Getting up every couple of hours, being up for a while and back to bed. Try some sleepy time tea (chammomile) or get velerian root at the health food store. You will sleep better and feel more rested, and no drugged feeling in the morning.

Have you talked to the doc about this?

Sleepless in Oceanside :)

Hi,
I have been having the same problem. I am one week post -op. Finally, I took something and got a good nights rest. I have no clue what this no sleep thing is about! But, it is driving me nuts also. I just wanted you to know you are not alone.
