Calling all Wise HysterSisters- Progesterone Testosterone cream (Compound)

Hi Hystersisters,
I am on estrace... one in the am and one in the pm. Every other day I take EstratestHS, for energy. I went off of it for 2 weeks and noticed a definite decrease in energy. However I have noticed that it can make me feel too assertive/short tempered.
From reading most of the posts here, it looks like the most popular way to go is a test. cream compunded with progesterone.
I would love to hear from any other hystersisters who may be using this. I need to know the right ammounts or percentages of each hormone in the cream.
Please help, Christmas was overwhelming this year because of my troubles with these hormones.

JMHO that the best way is to get the 2 hormones compounded "separatly", it is much easier to adjust the doseages this way. I currently do not use the testoserone, but I have in the past and I believe it was 2% testosterone cream. My compounded progesterone cream is a 20% cream. I think that the testoserone in the Estratest HS is a "synthetic" testoserone.
You may want to check your local yellow pages for a Compounding Pharmacy near you. You can call them and they are usually very helpful and willing to answer questions. If you cannot locate one you will find an 800 number in one of the pull down menus at http://www.hormonejungle.com which you can call and they will help locate a pharmacy near you.
