Single Sisters

Are there any single hyster sisters out there who have started dating since their surgery? I am newly divorced, not seeing anyone and worried about dating post-op. I'm sure that a few YEARS post-op it won't be any different than before. But what if I meet Mr. Right soon afterwards. Is there anything I should know about?

Just avoid dating anyone new while you are under the influence of anesthesia , pain killers or severe hormone fluctuations! If your ? is about sex ,surf around this site and you will find the answers to all types of specific questions. Good luck. I see Mr. Right peeking around the corner anxious to pounce!

Janf, Funny you should mention that. There's this guy friend that I've been crushing on for a long time. He said he was going to come visit me in the hospital and all I can think is, "OMG! I hope the dreaded gas attack doesn't come when he's there!" Or "Please don't let him come while I'm still groggy, because I KNOW I'll say something really embarrassing" He's a very handsome, 6' 3" fireman and I would DIE! Absolutely-freaking-lutely DIE!

msmonih, Dating THREE weeks post op?! Holy cow! I'll have to check out your journal. You are a brave woman. Are these men you were seeing before or did you meet someone in the hospital. I could see that happening...I get pretty ballsy about approaching men when I've had a couple of drinks...alcohol...anesthesia...how different could they be? And if it doesn't go well I can always blame it on the drugs.

Thanks ladies. I'll let you know how it goes when I get my feet wet. It'll be a while though. My surgery isn't until Nov. 16th and that's IF I get rid of this nasty sinus infection.
