Great News!!!!!

Just about a month ago my insurance kicked me off. Said I didn't put down I had endo on teh forms and I was wrong...and if they'd of known they would've never accepted me (it was the agent who never put it down..said 9 years ago was too long ago to worry about..NOT).

I am having my surgery Dec 6 and have no insurance now, along with the Lapraroscope I had on Oct. 7th.

I had to call the hospital today to make arrangements for my surgery I had lst month ($6,201.55) and for the hysterectomy I look forward to. In that phone call they told me if I get denied for medicaid (am filling the stuff out now), which I most likely will, and my income was in between $18,000 and $37,000 I qualify for a program called CSA. If I show proof that the medicaid denied me and proof of taxes from last year (and is in the right range) I would qualify for this CSA..They cover you at 100%!!!!!!!!!!!! She also thinks they are like medicaid and go back 90 days, so my last surgery would be covered as well. HOW WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!

If some reason (which she said wouldn't happen) we didn't get medicaid or that program she set me up with $25 paymenst a, month starting the end of January!!!!!!!

THIS IS SUCH GREAT NEWS FOR ME!!! I cannot believe it!!!!!!

Im sorry you are having this trouble just when you dont need it. Maybe there is some way you can appeal the insurance companys decision. Its at least worth a try. Hope things get better for you!

I'm glad to hear that there are some other options out there for you! It must be stressful dealing with your insurance company in such a tough time. I hope that you qualify for the medicaid or CSA...
