Staples out, but incision still open!

Hi, all. Today I had my last 4 staples removed, but the incisiion still has a dime size opening. Dr. says it's healing well, but slowly. I'm almost 3 wks post-op, and still feeling bladder spasms in the am. Can't say i'm having too much pain, but always need to take a nap, in the afternoon. Anyone else feeling still really tired? Has anyone else had trouble with their incision? Would love to hear from someone with any suggestions on how to combat sleepiness. Oh, by the way is anyone having weird dreams? It seems I'm sleeping really sound, but wake up remembering these crazy dreams!

Sleepyhead? Me too!

Hi! I am taking naps every day also for about two hours. I am amazed at how fast it hits me, like someone just pulled the plug! My incision was completely closed on day three post op...what kind of surgery did you have? I am also doing some homeopathy and that may very well be part of why mine is doing so well???? (Arnica and Staphasagria) Rest, Rest Rest!
